ASI LODGE

Location.The ASI Lodge Tirol is set in the Rofan Mountains and offers fresh alpine air and impressive views. It is 10 kilometres from Sixenhof, and 20 kilometres from Schwaz. Innsbruck Airport is 60 kilometres away, and takes around one hour to reach by car.
Hotel Features.The ASI Lodge Tirol has a full service health spa with sauna and steam room, and there are also ski in ski out and storage facilities. A shuttle service runs to the nearest slopes, and multilingual staff can assist with airport transport (surcharge), room service requests and locking valuables in the hotel safe. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas, and free parking is offered to those arriving by car.

The View is a modern restaurant with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the mountains, where international cuisine and local specialities made with fresh, local produce is served. Drinks are served in the Guffert Lounge, a modern boutique bar with an open log fire and a relaxed atmosphere.

ASI Lodge Tirol offers a choice of daily guided activities with the following themes: Adventure, Friends & More, Anti Stress and Alpine Wellness. Most activities are included in room rates and include hiking, biking, Nordic walking, climbing, canyoning, skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledding, and back country skiing. Children can join the Huckleberry Finn Club which organises activities such as treasure hunts, farm tours, wildlife viewing and canoeing led by trained guides.

Guestrooms. The 29 guestrooms are located on three floors and have sleek, modern decor, mountain views and balconies. Amenities include separate sitting areas, cable television, direct dial phones, bathrobes, slippers, complimentary newspapers and designer toiletries.

Expert Tip.Guests can take a trip on the historic steam ferry on Anchensee Lake, the largest mountain lake in Tirol, situated 10 kilometres from the lodge.

Driving Directions - Asi Lodge

Getting there.Buses run from the airport to Innsbruck city centre and the main train station every 15 minutes. The hotel runs a shuttle service to and from Jenback station for around 20 EUR per person. Taxis are readily available outside the terminal. The lodge is situated in the Rofan mountain range which can be explored on foot or by mountain bike. A hire car is recommended for travelling further afield.

Driving directions.From Munich take the freeway to Kufstein and Wiesing, exit to the north and follow the main road to Achenkirch. Turn right and follow signs to the lodge.
