Location. The Lindner Hotel & Spa Die Wasnerin is a three floor part listed building dating back to the 15th century, located in Bad Aussee and surrounded by stunning alpine scenery, five kilometres from Altaussee Lake. The nearest airport is Salzburg (SZG) 80 kilometres away.
Hotel Features. The wellness centre features a sauna, steam bath, gym and indoor swimming pool with a glass roof and spectacular alpine views. The 90 guestrooms have light contemporary decor with parquet flooring and matching fabrics and feature bathrooms with a separate tub and shower, bathrobes and slippers, designer toiletries, hair dryers and makeup mirrors. Amenities include cable television, direct dial phones with voicemail, high speed Internet connections, minibars and safes.
Expert Tip. Guests can take a stroll along the idyllic promenade next to Lake Altaussee five kilometres away. Altaussee's operational salt mine and museum is eight kilometres away.

Getting there. The airport is a 15 20 train journey from Salzburg Hauptbahnhof main railway station. The number 77 bus also runs at regular intervals between the airport and the main railway station. From here guests can catch a train to Bad Aussee. Taxi's are available right outside the airport terminal and charge around 110 EUR to the hotel.
Driving directions. From the airport take the B145 to Bad Aussee.
