The Doubletree Hotel Dallas Near the Galleria is located in the business district of North Dallas. We finished renovations to the public space and 3 floors of the concierges sleeping rooms in August 2004. We are a full service hotel and offer complimentary transportation within five miles of the hotel. Room Service is available from 6:00 AM - 12:00 AM everyday. We have a full service restaurant, Seasons, open from 6:30 AM - 10:00 PM. Our fitness facility is open 24 hours and is complimentary. We do have a laundry facility on property and a gift shop. Don't forget everyone receives a soft warm Doubletree Cookie at check in!

The hotel charged $10 per day per device for internet which I thought was overpriced with most hotels offering at no charge now. The gym was well equipped. The Galleria area is great and hotel is well placed. Overall experience was good. « less

Most upsetting part was the fact that the maid accidentally thrashed some important financial paper work in my room and when I brought the matter up to the managers I was told it was my word against hers and they are sticking with her story because that makes them look better. I had to call numerous times for someone to even call me back and address the issue. Absolutely terrible customer service!!! Most disappointing hotel stay yet!!! « less

Every year, my Husband's professional association hosts a Casino Party. This is the 3rd or 4th year it has been at this hotel. We always get a room. The rooms are comfortable. I didn't want to get up on Saturday morning! The rooms are large and well appointed. The bar area is comfortable with great service. They were staffed adequately for our large group. The check-in was painless.
This event is a large event with several hundred attendees. We utilize all of the banquet facilities including food & beverage. The food is delicious, fresh and hot. They keep everything rotating so nothing gets stale. The tables were dressed with great linens. The event planner for the association does a fabulous job with additional decorations. The service staff in the banquet facilities were top notch. My water glass was never empty and as soon as one person left, the place was cleaned and reset. The cash bar was efficient and well run. The layout of the banquet facilities is perfect for a large group. It's always a terrific event at this venue. « less
