If you enjoy spending your trip surrounded by sports teams, irresponsible sports parents drinking in the hallways, and noisy kids running up and down the hall at 11:30 at night, then this place is for you. But if you're looking for a decent place to stay that is clean and quiet, this is not for you.
The hotel is tired and dirty. It desperately needs an upgrade, an in-room microwave and/or mini fridge. The bathtub in our room didn't drain well at all, so you got to shower in a pool of your own filth. The complimentary breakfast was okay, and the staff are friendly.
Some hotels insist that teams sign an agreement to be quiet etc. Perhaps this would work here. All I know is, won't be back. « less

I had made a group booking for our Dance studio that was spending a couple weekends in the Brantford area. Right from the beginning Jackie was very professional and wanting to please. Our dance studio had a wonderful time at the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and the facilities are really good. The food and drink is great, the pool was lots of fun. Everyone really enjoyed themselves at this hotel. « less

Get rid of the hwy and it would great place. We has a King Suite and checked in at 2. I requested before arrival and once we arrived to be away from hwy. They were unable to honour our request. The room was perfect other than the hwy noise as I am a very light sleeper so I used ear plugs and was able to sleep okay. We were here with a group and was nice to have the bar and restaurant in the hotel. I was surprised how nice the hotel was and clean. Our room had separate king room and microwave and fridge and 2 tvs. Pullout was not comfortable. There were no 2 queen rooms available so we knew this going in. Did not see or use pool. Was a good stay overall and would stay again if in Brantford. « less

I came here just for one night with my friends and our parents and it was really fun. For starters it had really nice rooms and quite big to. Next after we unpacked we went down to the pool which is a chlorine pool and it was really fun and large and nice for us to play in. It also had a big sauna and hot tub. Next we visited the playground outside and it was fun to and there was lots of space to run around so if you are ever staying on Brantford I would recommend the Best Western « less

My family stayed here for a wedding on the night April 13th. Check in was fast and easy. Our room was exceptional. We had a non-smoking 2 Queen Suite in the Gretzy Wing. I have to say, this was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. We had a big window, corner fireplace, living room, 2 queen beds, 40" flat screen TV, refridgerator, microwave and an enormous bathroom. The room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a nice surprise, We had a continental breakfast included with our room stay but for a mere $5pp you could upgrade to the full hot buffet. The food was plentiful and good. All and all, a great stay! If we are in Brantford again, this will be our first choice. BTW, other family members stayed at the Days Inn, which we stopped in to see and that hotel was no where near as nice as ours. Rooms were tiny and the hotel seemed to be a bit of a dive. « less
