The Premiere Hotel and Suites is New Haven's only All Suite and Extended Stay hotel. A complete and extensive $4 Million renovation was completed in 2008. As an independant hotel we are elated to be the 1st and currently only Certified Green Hotel in New Haven by the State of Connecticut DEP, #1 for Business on Trip Advisor and awarded AAA Three Diamonds. We are located close to Yale University and the vibrant cultural and sports venues in New Haven. Our 112 Suites consist of 84 - 600 sq ft Studio Suites and 28 - 1,200 sq ft bi-level Penthouse Suites both with a fully equipped kitchen, living room area and sofa sleeper. Most Suites have fireplaces and include a 32" Flat Screen HD TV, luxurious crisp white bed linens on a comfortable double pillow-top mattress, granite counter in each bathroom and a workspace with Free Hi Speed Internet access. What makes us Premiere? Daily rates include so many first rate complimentary services, that our guests have ranked our hotel as one of New Haven's Best Values. You will never pay for our daily hot breakfast buffet, light dinner, parking, high speed internet, local area shuttle (not for groups), business center, local calls and daily houskeeping. The longer you stay the more you save. Our complimentary deluxe Hot Buffet Breakfast 7 days a week offers enough choice to satisfy the hungriest of travelers and we include a complimentary Light Dinner M-Th evenings. You can also enjoy convenient access to our 24 hour mini-market located in the Gate House, outdoor sports court and coin opperated guest laundry.

Local Shuttle Info: The Shuttle runs on the half hour and by appointment from 7:00 am - 8:30 pm 7 days a week to downtown New Haven, Yale University, Amtrak, Tweed Airport, local businesses and restaurants. It will go with in a 5 mile radius from the hotel. The Shuttle holds up to 9 guests at a time and is not available for groups. Groups are required to arrange private transportation.
