Property Description

We are located in the heart of Downtown Tempe and across the street from Arizona State University. We are 7 stories high with in-door corridors and 24 hour security. We have new beds in rooms with refridgerators and microwaves. All guests have access to ASU recreational center. We offer complimentary transportation 24 hours a day to and from airport and 3 miles radius of the hotel. IHOP is open 24 hours and located on property. We have 2 meeting rooms - 1 is 1,000sq feet and the other is 500 square feet. Rate of room goes down with pickup of sleeping rooms
