When we arrived at the hotel the registration was friendly and efficient. The main floor restaurant seemed very understaffed and service was sloooow but friendly and professional. The food was very good. The rooms are what you would expect in this class of hotel. It appears to be well kept and not terribly dated.
I was present for a conference. The food in the conference venue was good.

I stayed one short evening and night in this Holiday Inn in February this year. This is a good business hotel located not far from the Toronto Pearson airport. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was nice and friendly, however the check-in process took a bit longer than I expected due to the some problems with the Priority Club card and a need to "fight" with the computer reservation system. A restaurant close to the lobby was good. It was difficult to find a parking spot, as the hotel offers a park-and-fly arrangement. In summary: a recommended hotel close to Pearson Airport. « less

Five of us dined at The Metropolitan restaurant in the hotel. Our elderly parents were with us - complete with walkers and hearing aids. We were given a spacious table in a secluded alcove overlooking the garden. Our waiter, Zewdu was particularly accommodating to the needs of the aged ones including allowing them to share the roast beef special and presenting their halves beautifully on separate plates. We all enjoyed our food - tasty and exceptional value - not easy to find in Toronto! « less

On a recent stay in Toronto, I stayed at this hotel. It was prior to my early flight the next morning to Phoenix. I have stayed here many times and is always treated with excellent and professional service. I leave my car in the parking lot. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and I love the heated floor in the bathroom. I recommend anyone to stay at this 4 star hotel. « less

First impression, hotel needs a lot of work when you look at it from the outside. Looks old and dated. That quickly changes when you go inside. It is really top notch. Clean and elegant. Rooms are very nice, comfy beds and very clean and updated bathrooms. A very feel at home hotel. There is a bar/ restaurant right in the hotel. Quite large and always busy. The hotel does have a conference centre and this is why its always busy. Free shuttle to airport. You have The Keg restaurant right across the street if you are in the mood for a great steak and dont even have to drive. Hotel s located right across the street from the airport with lots of surrounding hotels and restaurants. This hotel is great and not crazy overpriced. Stayed here multiple times. « less
