I've stayed at this location a few times when I've come for my annual pre-mother's day weekend. The hot breakfast has plenty of things to choose from and the business center is a plus to check email or print a boarding pass. Since it was a cold night I even used the fireplace with the wood that was in the fireplace which is free on the 1st night. « less

The two bedroom suite for our family was perfect and the bedrooms were more spacious than I expected. I can't compliment the staff enough. They were friendly, helpful, and quick to attend to any of our needs. We needed extra bedding and towels, got it quickly and more than what we requested just in case we needed it. The breakfast buffet was great and even had a slightly different selection between Saturday and Sunday morning. The location is in a Tech heavy area so during the week it may be busy, but we stayed for the weekend so it was quiet and the roads around there weren't busy which was a plus. Not too much to eat in the area, but there is a grocery store about a mile away to stock up on anything you need. « less

I recommend it highly. I had stayed at the same branch in Sacramento and had such a good experience in Sacramento I looked for it in San Jose. I am a mom who was looking for a hotel in a safe area to stay for a few days with my College bound daughter. The hotel did not disappoint. It is beautiful, in a wonderful and safe area, with beautiful and very clean suites. The bed is extremely comfortable, we didn't want to get up! I was upgraded at no cost to a suite with a fireplace and two beds because my original reservation had a King bed. Everyone at the desk smiles and is extremely nice and pleasant. The receptionists were all very helpful answering all my questions and providing me with directions that I needed. The hotel offers complimentary dinner and breakfast and the meals were delicious. I had no problem getting a parking space right in front of my room. That was a huge plus returning late at night. I will definitely return to this hotel and will always look for this branch of hotel wherever I go. « less

Great Service Very Nice property, Quiet comfy and easy access to Highway 101 . Did not have dinner and asked for dinner recommendations but staff did not seem to know area very well. I asked for Steak House recommendation for Downtown San Jose and staff could not make ANY suggestions :(. Other than that it is a great place to stay . « less

Hope your concert at the Shoreline was fun! Thank you for staying with us and I apologize for not being able to help with information about nearby Steakhouses. Next time you visit, I would suggest LB Steakhouse at Santana Row, I would suggest you try their aged steaks; delicious. Otherwise, the classic, Morton's Steakhouse in Downtown San Jose is also a wonderful choice. Thank you for the feedback, we added a list to handout with nearby restaurants. Great service and friendly staff. Some nice breakfast options to get you going after a workout. Nice touch with the managers reception. A little noisy with my room being near the dumpster for the small food arcade next to the hotel, although this is useful for grabbing a bite in the evening. Overall happy to return on my next trip. « less
