Location. Arcotel Kaiserwasser is located in Vienna, Austria, within 200 metres of the city centre. Stephansplatz is within four kilometres and Hofburg is five kilometres away. Vienna International city station is in front of the hotel.
Hotel Features. Arcotel Kaiserwasser is set in a modern, five storey building next to Alte Donau Oxbow Lake and surrounded by greenery. A spa area with fitness equipment, steam room and sauna is available on the fifth floor overlooking the city. The hotel has direct access to a green recreational area and beach on the lake.
Restaurant Uno serves Viennese dishes daily and there is an adjoining winter garden and terrace for outdoor dining. U One Bar is situated next to the restaurant and serves cocktails and snacks.
Modern conference facilities are available for up to 410 delegates. There is a dedicated business centre with translation services and complimentary wireless Internet is provided throughout the hotel.
Guestrooms. There are 280 guestrooms designed in an individualist style based on warm wood and red tones by artist Harald Schreiber. Expert Tip. Hofjagd and Ruestkammer museum is located in Hofburg, five kilometres from the hotel. The museum shows various iron body armours that were collected by the Habsburg family. The armours were used in various tournaments and parades, so many of them previously belonged to royalty. The museum is open every day except Tuesday.

Distance to Arcotel Kaiserwasser is 17 kilometres, approximately 20 minutes' drive.
Getting there. The best way to reach Arcotel Kaiserwasser is by coach with Vienna Airport lines. The coach runs every half hour from 6.05 a.m. until 00.05 a.m. and stops at a bus station directly in front of the hotel. The fare is 6 EUR per person. Taxis to Arcotel Kaiserwasser cost approximately 25 EUR. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Vienna city centre is best explored on foot. The city is served by a cheap and efficient public transport system, including buses, trams, and S Bahn and U Bahn trains. Taxis can be hailed on the street, but are quite expensive.
