Desk clerks remembered our names and were gracious and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was adequate. Location was great to access all the stuff we were doing in Dallas metro. Will definitely stay here again. « less

i want to start by saything thanx to rebecka and mohamed for making my new yrs stay awsome and fun.excellent customer service from them,wish there was more like them in every hotel.rebecka took my reservation and was so kind to chat with me about things i needed to know even thou i did call back a couple times.lol mohamed for service i needed at the time of my stay and was impressed when i was changing into my king tut suite that he already knew who i was way before i said anything to him.:) both rooms were clean and well maintained as well as the price,king tut suite and Nefertiti Suite are well worth the price..thanx again happy new yr 2013 im will be returning next yr 2014 ,deffentilly beats down town dallas and there small expensive rooms that only offers a view. « less

got this room for 65.00 for 2 queens ..we dropped in and negotiated a good price the beds were decent..I have stayed in worse for far more...would stay here again....

I usually have decent luck with Priceline, but recently that seems to be changing. I used Priceline's express deals option for the first time and probably my last. It said I could get a 2.5 star hotel for $56, so I went and looked at all of the 2.5 star hotels that Priceline had in Allen and they were all nice, so I thought, why not. Unfortunately, Priceline gave me a 2.5 star hotel that wasn't on their original list. There is no way this hotel compares to the other 2.5 star hotels in Allen. When we opened up the door to enter the hotel the smell was overwhelming. The rooms were ok, and the overall appearance of the hotel was ok, but in no way was this hotel the same star level as the Holiday Inn Express and Hampton Inn & Suites. « less
