''Staying in cloud 9'' During our family's stay at this fine hotel, the management has been amiable and hospitable. The cleaning crew has kept our room in pristine condition. I once had misplaced expensive clothing which the cleaning crew had waiting for me with management. Our room has been free of pests, well conditioned, and internet accessible. It's a safe and great place to stay when you want the most value for your dollar. « less

This hotel is a very nice place to stay. The management is very nice and works with you. I had a very nice room with a view of the San Gabriel Mountains, which is beautiful in the morning. Its close to many good restaurants and is located right off the 210 fwy. i stayed here almost 2 weeks and is was very relaxing. thank you to the management for the hospitality. would recommend to anyone staying in San Gabriel Valley..... « less

We came here with friends on a fishing trip and loved the stay in this hotel. The swimming pool cooled us down during the hot summer days. We wanted extra pillows and rooms with microwaves and fridges since we were on a budget and our requests were met with warm smiles. The staff is friendly and was helping us and filled with hospitality. When we asked about some good places to go for dinner they printed us the driving directions to good diners right away. The housekeeping supplied us with the extra towels we needed. And maintenance personal gave us a hand with our luggage making us feel like royalty :) . We loved the complimentary continental breakfast. We wanted a coffee maker in one of our rooms and the management bought us our own mini coffee maker which was kind of cool. All in all Rodeway Inn Azusa Rocks! « less

Hello, I feel bad writing this review because the manager went out of his way to accomodate us on beds for myself and two teenagers (a boy and a girl). They didn't want to share a bed and a rollaway or sofa wasn't available like my confirmation said. So the manager gave us two adjoining rooms for one price--I was SO grateful for this. But driving up to the hotel I did not have a good feeling. The location, the sparseness of the hotel lobby, the out-datedness and an unprofessional welcome from the front receptionist who ended up being very friendly. The elevator was broken, the side door was propped open so there was total access from the outside to the rooms. Our keys did not work most of the time. I felt very insecure the whole night and cannot tell exactly why--just a feeling. Wished I had not cared about saving some money and gone where I felt safe. Also noisy from the freeway, but putting the room fan on high helps drown that out. Hopefully they are remodeling or something in the future and will make improvements in all areas. But I would not recommend this to families, there were so many other hotels in Azusa. « less
