the hotel was cleaner than a lot of Holiday Inn's I've stayed it. I do think the price was a bit high for a small town. But all the hotels in Warsaw are high. We did have 2 adjoining rooms and had plenty of room. The staff was friendly. « less

I stay here frequently when traveling to Warsaw. Check in was great this time, friendly gentleman at front desk. Not much in way of food delivery for an eat-in evening though. Stayed on "executive" 3rd floor. Room neat, clean, bed comfortable! Heat was sketchy - at 66 degrees, too hot. At 65 degrees, too cold. Really? Supposedly 3rd flr access by key card only on elevator, but I didn't need to use key. Decided to take advantage of the complimentary food/bev on 3rd floor. Only 4 choices of beverage - red or white wine, Bud or Bud Light. Ick. Food was sparse and limited to some veggie egg rolls - not bad, Chex Mix, chips. Eh. I understand cost-effective & can't really determine how many will come to this, but eh. Lady serving was nice enough. Breakfast was a disappointment too in terms of what was available. No interest in pre-made omelet thing. Couldn't figure out pancake maker, it just kept dripping batter. Only fruit was banana. Disappointing. « less

We picked this hotel based on previous experiences at Holiday Inn Express locations and it was not quite as nice as some we have stayed in but still decent. The man who checked us in was pleasant. Our room, though, smelled like stale cigarette smoke. There was a sign in the elevator promoting that this was a 100% smoke-free hotel but based on our room, it must not have been that long ago. Our bathroom door didn't shut all the way, either but other than that, the room was clean and spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good and although there were no cinnamon rolls, we didn't want any anyway and there were plenty of other options. The breakfast server was very nice, too.
The hotel was close to several restaurants and stores. We tried to eat at the Mexican restaurant in the parking lot but the wait was longer than we wanted (at 8:00pm on a Sunday?) and we could not sit outside because my son was not 21 so we left. There was a Ritters custard shop in the parking lot, too. It's nice when you can park for the night and walk to eat. « less

The 2 queen bed suite with sofa bed was a nice size room for 2 adults and 2 kids. It was very clean as well. Also nice to have a frig and microwave in the room with extra sink. The mattress was not very comfortable and the pillows were way too fat so that my neck was sore in the AM. We could also hear people above us walking around - that is something we remember we also had a problem with at this hotel a few years ago. The bathroom door did not close all the way - it would not click shut. We also had no housekeeping service on the full day we were there but had to call the front desk that night to get more towels delivered and to get our trash. He had no explanation for why we were missed. The side access door on the 1st floor to the outside was not ever locked, even at night, so that anyone could get in. It had a key card entry box by it but it was not working or they didn't turn it on - bad security! HI Express also has advertised their cinnamon rolls for breakfast but the 2 days we went to breakfast they were out of these rolls! There was at least an hour left before breakfast ended both days, too, when we got down there. How ridiculous - they advertise these but don't even make enough for the guests! Breakfast otherwise was good except for the watered down OJ. I would say if you want a large clean suite with an average mattress, terrible pillows, noise above you, low security, a tiny pool, and no cinnamon rolls, this place is for you. Might want to check out the Hampton down the road instead. « less

Was looking for a room for the night. I had searched all Hotels in Warsaw on the internet, the prices was just to high. I called Holiday Inn Express, and I mentioned we was going to attend a church in warsaw, and the lady I spoke with said they give a discount for that! When we arrived, we was given an upgrade! the room was nice, and the breakfast is AMAZING! Will ABSOLUTELY go back there! « less
