The property is just a 35 minute drive from Cancun International Airport, 10 minutes from the charming town of Playa del Carmen, 50 minutes from Cancun's hotel zone and 10 minutes from the Cozumel Ferry. The Mayan Riviera is a protected area, holding many vestiges of the fascinating Mayan civilization and natural riches such as mangroves and reefs.
RESORT BUILDINGS: 8 two and three story buildings, all handicap accessible equipped with elevators and wheelchair ramps. In addition, each building has its own concierge offering customized service to our guests.
ROOMS: 984 spacious rooms with fine and luxurious appointments, offering a choice of garden or ocean view.
One Bedroom Deluxe rooms with ocean or garden view available with one King Size bed or two beds.
One Bedroom Jr. Suites offer “swim up” pools (a swimming pool surrounding the building and exclusively reserved for suite guests) on the ground floor or a private Jacuzzi on the terrace on upper floors; King Size bed, 2 bathrooms, 2 Flat screen cable TV’s, Living room with sofa bed and dining room.
RESTAURANTS, BARS & LOUNGE: BlueBay Grand Esmeralda offers 6 restaurants, you can choose 3 buffet for breakfast and lunch and for dinner 6 specialty options featuring a la carte dining and one buffet restaurants featuring fine international cuisine, and 3 bars
CONVENTION CENTER, a brand 6330 square feet convention center is able to accommodate up to 650 guests in a flexible space that can be subdivided into up to three different rooms
