This hotel location is close to where I needed to meet with our local representative Telco office. The potential is there, location is decent, the view of the mountains is tremendous, and there are several good restaurants close by. However, the hotel itself needs a bit of an uplift. First, the room has some antiquated furniture, the bureau had a broken top drawer, the handles just tossed into the drawer. The bathroom has wallpaper that had some stains on it, but the shower has decent pressure, and they do give you a real towel (not that thin tiny locker room white attempt that you usually find, that most hotels must get a ridiculously low price on). Restaurant was OK, but I had to beg for a burger for lunch, as it was 12:45 and they weren't sure they could keep the cook that long...... Bar was stocked and the bartender was a saving grace, great personality and friendly, also a wealth of information. Entertainmentwise, there was a family in from Illinois for a wedding the next day, and what would a wedding be without a fight the night before that brings the police? In all, hotel is OK, service and staff are excellent, and the potential is there to reach the next level with ease. « less

This is the property I typically stay at when visiting a local office on business. Service from all areas, front desk, housekeeping and restaurant are consistently good. The cookies at the front desk in the afternoon (a la DoubleTree!) are also nice!
Rooms are typical Hilton Garden Inn, but that's not a bad thing. I like the select comfort beds where you can 'dial-in' the firmness or softness of the mattress. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well cared for. Just as important is the effectiveness of the heating and cooling maintaining set temperatures.
The breakfast service is also very good. The food is typical fare but prepared well. I do like that eggs are made to order. Restaurant staff and service are excellent.
The location of the property lends itself to people visiting local surrounding businesses, but is convenient to restaurants. I like that it's a pretty straight drive to and from the airport as well. « less
