This is a Best Western Plus, which you would expect to be a notch above the Best Westerns. However, this place is a Best Western Minus for the following reasons: 1. They only have one luggage trolly. One. Which is always being used. Most hotels of this caliber have 4 to 6. 2. Internet service and lack thereof. I couldn't connect for more than 2-3 minutes at a time, at best. I wasn't the only one with this problem; my travel companions had the same problem in a different room. I went to the front desk and asked about it and was told "they were here all day working on it." and was subsequently told there wasn't enough capacity in the system to accomodate multiple users of computers. If this was 2003, I could understand it. But this is 2013. Most hotels, especially of this alleged caliber, have excellent internet service throughout the hotel. My advice? Stay at the Holiday Inn Express next door. « less

I was really impressed w/this almost new hotel. It was very clean w/comfortable beds. Considering its proximity to the interstate, it was very quiet. We were able to get a ground floor room. It was very convenient to the lobby. Breakfast was appetising and much better than what I expected.

They put all of us on the same floor, provided us with a meeting room & coffee free of charge. The lady in charge of check in couldn't have been nicer & even suggested a great place to eat dinner.Great Hot Breakfast also.We were very well pleased & would certainly stay there again. « less
