I stay at Best Western all the time and this one is a nice one,but only stay here only once since my route took me to Seagoville only one time.I would stay here again If I come this way again. If you got a problem with a stay at a Best Western,just fill out a survey card.Some B/W have them in there rooms or front desk,or call B/W customer service at 628-780-6000 for a survey card,you can them problems you have with the motel,they will take care of it,I know that first hand. « less

i booked a room for the 24 of january,and the date bar went back to the 23 of January i call to confirm my reservation with best western,spoke to a lady at best western she confirmed that my reservation was for the 24 check in time would be at 3:00pm.im a officer of the the Dallas county sheriff department ,other officer was sitting at the desk when i call to confirm my reservation with best western .i call the next day they tell me that my reservation was for the 23 and not the 24 their was nothing they could do about it spoke to the supervisor at the best western i was suppose to have stayed at they informed me that they could not do any thing ,but make me pay another 20 or 25 dollars more so i just decided not to go just stay at home, so i missed my meeting, and my money just went down the drain with nothing but bad thought and i will never go to best western again and i will tell every one i know not to do business with best western. « less

My overall stay was not bad for the price ($56.00/night). The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. Front desk service was prompt and courteous. However, right across the highway (175) is a Federal Prison/Penitentiary, high fences and razor barbed wire and all. I was hoping there would not be an uprising and break out!! « less

We reserved a non-smoking room a month in advance. Confirmed our room 2 hours before we arrived and when we got there, we got a smoking room and was told they were full so they couldn't move us. The room smelled of smoke to the point that I could taste it. The lady at the front desk was very rude to my wife. The breakfast is poor for even a continental breakfast. We will not stay here again. We will also tell as many people as we can about our poor experience. « less
