My husband and I just checked in last night with our dogs. We are repeat customers and it's always a pleasure to stay here.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. I have terrible allergies and the staff always makes sure to clean our room thoroughly to my liking which I am truly thankful for.
I've read reviews that say that this hotel is noisy but I can attest to the fact that it is not. I have stayed here for weeks at a time, many times and have never once heard anything out of the ordinary.
The amenities at this hotel are pretty nice including a very nice club lounge but it's the staff that makes this hotel a five star property in my opinion.
Hope in the club lounge is like a second mother to my husband and myself. She knows our likes and dislikes and makes sure to go out of the way to have the kitchen prepare our breakfast just the way we like it. She is one of the biggest reason's we stay at this property!
Christa, Pawan and Ann who work at the front desk have always been super attentive to our every need and have been willing to help in any way they can.
The only tiny gripe that I do have with this place is the room service. The food always just feels like it's been slapped together without any thought. I definitely feel like they could improve a bit in the arena.
In all, it's always a great experience to stay here at this hotel. « less

Last time I stayed here was 15 years ago and I think my room was the same. This isn't a bad hotel but it's expensive for what it is. Having said that, when you walk off a plane and into bed - that's worth paying for. The gym isn't big enough to swing a cat (or swing weights) so get thier early! Bar closes early - 11pm and coffee shop at 16:00. Food - okay - Clam chowder good and burgers not bad. « less

I had a change in plans and had to make an appearance at the front desk of this Airport Sheraton late at night. The hotel was officially sold out but the front desk made a big effort to accommodate me, even as the regulars (airline crews) were descending on the front desk. I ended up staying an extra night and also got to know the lounge staff, Hope and others. Best part was rolling out of bed at 5am and making my 6am flight. I did not get to use all the facilities like the fitness center or restaurants. Great people, convenient stay, nice 24 hour lounge with espresso maker...met my needs completely. Will definitely return there if the need arises. « less

My girlfriend and I recently stayed here on our way to Kittery Maine. I needed an accessible room, and the one they provided was EXCELLENT, and included a fold down bench in the shower, and plenty of rails. The room was clean, and staff friendly, and I really enjoyed looking at the occasional plane taking off and landing from our room (the room itself was soundproof). I would definitely consider staying here again...... « less
