I stopped to get gas and saw this hotel across the street. I was going to drive for about another hour and stop at a Best Western so I thought I'd go in and see if there was a brochure showing the other hotels on I-77N. The woman at the front helped me and found others up the road and even called to check availability. While on the phone getting ready to book another Best Western, I looked around and saw how clean it was in addition to how friendly she had been, and decided to stay there. I love Best Western because they can accommodate my little Shih Tzu who frequently travels with me. And I wish I didn't have a restrictive diet because their breakfast spread always looks good. « less

We attend an annual music festival in Wilkesboro, an easy 30 minute, divided highway drive from Jonesville. We liked the fact that this hotel is directly off an I-77 exit but if far enough removed so that we never heard the traffic. Our room was simple, but clean and functional. The bathroom was very well lit and the vanity was large. The breakfast didn't have a great deal of variety, but was sufficient. The staff was "Southern friendly." We awoke to heavy rain the last day of the festival and decided to not return to the venue in order to stay dry for our flight that evening. The front desk gave us a generous, late checkout and allowed us to lounge in the lobby and use the business center to print our boarding passes. There is a large, well-stocked gas station/convenience store across the street and a Super Walmart only minutes from the hotel. We will be happy to return to this Best Western. « less
