We stayed at this hotel with two groups of high school students who were performing in the SAPA Championships (winter guard performers). In total, there was over 60 of us spread over about 20 rooms. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The rooms were clean. The water pressure in the shower was great (and you don't get that from a lot of hotels!). The location was great. The beds were comfortable. The pool was smaller than we anticipated, but I don't think any of the teenagers minded a bit. The breakfast was way better than we expected and the coffee was good. The food & drinks in the vending machines were expensive, but you expect that from any hotel. The hallways were a bit stuffy and warm, but if you didn't linger in them it was ok. The staff recommended some great places to eat that were close by. If the Championships are in Chattanooga again next year, we will probably stay here again! « less

We booked this room 20 minutes prior to arrival as we were driving back toward Minneapolis from Orlando. Upon arrival we were greeted by the very friendly and professional employees. The room was comfortable and clean. It was very easy to tell that after the recent re-branding of Holiday Inn Express that this facility only partially remodeled their rooms because of the faded pastel flower pictures and the old, moldy wall paper in the bathrooms. I am guessing that the area that this hotel's in is no longer a thriving area of Chattanooga because of the number of closed name brand restaurants so that may be the reason for the lack of updates, but if they plan to stick with the Holiday Inn Express brand and keep loyal guests they may want to update all aspects of their property. « less

Stayed at this hotel one night while visiting Chattanooga. The location was decent, right off I-75 and 7 miles from downtown Chattanooga. Also, the price was good! The hotel was clean and the breakfast was decent. We did not have time to use the pool. My only concern was the bathroom floor. The tiles were cracked and the grout inbetween the tiles could have been cleaner in my opinion. Overall, it was a good place to stay. « less

This hotel is in a congested, older part of the city. However, it is conveniently located to I-75 and lots of restaurants (mostly fast food). Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was clean and well-stocked. The only problem was that the internet connection was terrible. It was hard to connect to and kept going out. When we checked out they said they were having trouble with it, so hopefully that was a temporary problem. « less
