I stayed from May 5-10th at the resort. Was in town for work at our HQ in Carlsbad and had a great stay. The property is beautiful, spread out, clean, staff is very courteous and helpful. Rooms were spacious, very clean, plenty of towels, Starbucks coffee available in the room and a nice garden view. The hotel is located right next to LEGOLAND so easy access for Families. The weather was rain for most of the start of the week, so did not use the pool but it is big and beautiful with lots of chairs. Used the work out room- lots of space, new equipment very nice and clean. I actually parked in the underground parking near the room, walked to the in house restaurant for breakfast. $21 for breakfast w/tip is pretty typical for Sheraton property. The have a nice shop there with easy breakfast ideas if you just wanted to grab fruit, coffee or oatmeal- inexpensive. Overall the property is great for business, families or couples there is lots of room on this property so you don't feel on top of other guests. Highly recommend this hotel! « less

This was the 4th time I stayed at this resort, all 4 times for work events that last 7-10 days each. Every thing is great: staff, rooms, convention rooms, food, pool, hot tub. The twenty/20 restaurant was excellent, too. Not so good? Only one robe in the double room (why?), the fact that they were cutting the grass outside my window very early in the morning (doesn't help when you are jet lagged and only managed to go to bed at 5:30am), and that the only other place in walking distance is Legoland. I loved the free bottled water and the tea in the room, and my roommate loved the Starbucks coffee! See you next time, hopefully by the pool! « less

Our family came to the Sheraton Carlsbad to attend our son's wedding. The resort was pristine and the staff welcoming. Our room was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. They provide free bottled water and Starbucks coffee in the rooms which was a nice surprise. The restaurant twenty/20 was excellent, both the staff and food. The wedding was beautiful and the reception was so much fun. I credit the Sheraton and staff for helping make it a day to remember. I would come back to this resort in a heart beat. The great value was the "icing on the cake". « less

The pool is beautiful overlooking the bay and hills, by the pool, they also have a billiard / ping pong table and table soccer . The only complain is the air conditioning in the room was only going to 67, and we like our room cooler for the night For sure would recommend and will go back « less
