This is a great hotel for the price. The rooms are clean & beds are comfy. The hot tub, sauna, & indoor pool are very lovely & nice to relax in after a long day of traveling. Hotel is located near many diverse restaurants & is an easy off/on to the interstate. Staff is friendly & helpful and gave us a "treat" bag when we arrived. Book on line, possibly thru one of the internet sites, to get the best rate. The continental breakfast was better than most & the dining area is nice. Parking is free which is a plus as well. We stayed at another hotel just around the corner & it was not as nice. We've stayed here twice & will stay here again. « less

Um when we got to the hotel the lobby was very relaxing, fireplace, sitting area, complimentery tea, Coffey. Had a great first empresin. The stairs threw us off thoe. The room was very inviting you know, had two sinks, (very convenient) had lots of lighting very cozy stay. Took a walk around to see what the stay had in store, stop by the weight room nothing to impressive,(dint use). As we made our way to the pool. Very very nice pool had a hot tub (got to have that hot tub), a neat design to the pool. Had a nice complintry breakfast. Consistent of hot waffle, (make your self), fruit, yogurt, beagles, toast, doughnuts, just your advage breakfast. So we went out the next day to splash lagoon then when we got back we got food order from Quaker stake, and they deliver to your hotel, everybody deliver. So just a good pleasant stay. « less

I really enjoyed my 3-day visit to the Econolodge Lodge. I found this hotel to provide friendly customer service, from the front desk as well as the cleaning crew. They were responsive to customer needs and cleaned the room daily.
This is an older hotel and some of the furniture is out-of-date. However, my stay was well worth the price I paid for the room for the 3-days.
There was a fairly large selection of breakfast foods. There were several warm items such as waffles and oatmeal cereal. They had a variety of cold cereals, donuts, bagels, toast, a variety of fruits as well as hot and cold beverages. You may have to wait in line to make your own waffle.
The pool and hot tub area has a bright and cheerful, tropical theme. It was a very pleasant atmosphere. The dining area and a number of the rooms overlooked the tropical, pool area.
This hotel offered plenty of free parking. Fighting for a space was never a problem.
Econo Lodge also offers free shuttle service to Splash Lagoon Indoor Water Park across Peach Street.
This is no 5-star hotel but was very nice for someone on a minimal budget. I would love to stay at this hotel, again, in the future. « less
