Our group stayed here for two nights in June 2014. The front desk staff and sales department were excellent and managed our reservation and check-in efficiently. All our rooms were on the same floor. Rooms were located near each other which was convenient. Housekeeping staff and service at the bar/restaurant and dining area for breakfast were friendly, although not quick. There is a Subway next door for those in a rush. The rooms were average, spacious, very clean, beds comfortable and furnishings recently updated. Wi-Fi service worked well. There are computer stations and a printer in the lobby area to use. The hallways in the hotel were very warm (hot at times), but thankfully the air conditioning units in the rooms worked well. If the bathrooms had fans it would help reduce the humidity in the rooms. Three people showering made the room feel damp. Otherwise, it's conveniently located near the YYZ airport. Free shuttle to/from the airport is helpful especially if there's a small number of you in a group. Thanks to Aida and Stephanie who helped with our booking!
