I stayed 2 nights, My room was not cleaned the next day. Dirty towels were found at same place where I left. My bed were not made. Amenties were not replaced. AC/HEATER vents were unsafe, sharp metals poking out of insides of the machine. My room window were filled with paint speckles. They dont have screens for the window. I deserve a refund but the management there will not refund my money. U are now known as a thief for not refunding for non service. Worst place to stay. Please keep driving dont make that mistake by staying at this motel. Motel Hell!! « less

This hotel is the worst place you can stay because aside from being dirty, sower curtains had mildew on the bottom, beds were not made (we stayed 2 days because we were charged upfront and no refunds were given), all the towels we had used were in the exact same place where we left them. I think this is more like a hotel where drug users stay because the people next to our rooms did not let us sleep with all the noise they were making, plus it constantly smelled like marijuana. Housekeepers were rude when approached, had their young children working, did not understand so much english, and practically cared less of what we were trying to tell them. The only good thing I can write about this place is the customer service skills that Carlos, the front desk clerk has. « less

I don't know where the previous reviewer stayed, but the place I unfortunately checked into was a crackotel. The room was filthy, the mattresses were all ratty. The sheets were covered with hair and small specks of dried blood. I was scared to remove my shoes!!! I was coming back from my best friends funeral after driving 5 hours and all I got was grief. When i tried to get my money back i got put off for hours. After I finally gave up and went to my car to leave I noticed that the couple in the next car were smoking something out of a small glass pipe. Needless to say, I ended up staying in a nearby La Quinta. When i filed a dispute with my cc company, these people had the nerve to lie about my motivations and the condition of the room. I will NEVER stay here again. « less

This place was very dirty. I checked the beds for bedbugs, I didn't find any. I did find pubic hair and stains on the sheets. The box spring looked as if someone peed on it and my door was broken into before and repaired poorly. Everything was awful. The tv did work and the water was hot and wet however I felt like I needed a bath after my bath. This is a definite absolute last resort kind of place, I am surprised the board of health lets them rent rooms. « less
