Stayed for one night on Mother's Day weekend for a tournament at Roger Williams U. Payed a premium price since we booked only 3 days before and most of the hotels around where sold out. Was not looking for anything fancy, simple accommodations along with a free breakfast helped keep the budget in check. Location next to restaurants and family entertainment was great. Having a microwave and refrigerator is great for leftovers/snacks/drinks. If in the area again I would stay here. « less

The hotel staff was friendly from front desk to housekeeping to managers alike. The rooms were clean and had lots of space. The workout room was smaller than I would have liked and the hot tub was out of order that week. Breakfast was a large variety but I wasn't crazy for it, but I am picky. The important thing is I slept good and the staff did what ever I asked and had lots of good info!!! « less

Easy check in and check out. My one king bedroom was clean and quiet. The room (224) had a microwave and refrigerator. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The exercise facility had a good treadmill, and all the equipment was in working order. The free breakfast was plentiful. The staff at this property were courteous and friendly. My only suggestion to management would be to offer a complimentary USA Today newspaper to the guests instead of the local Providence newspaper. I will stay at this Best Western again when in the Providence area. « less
