Clean room and friendly staff. Booked a king size, but stuck w/ a double. Not thrilled, but no biggie. Also had trouble printing my boarding pass in the lobby. One computer didn't play nice w/ Southwest's website and the other only managed to print 1 of the 2 passes. Not ideal, but was able to work around it. In room wifi was solid. Not blazing fast, but good enough. Despite these bumps, the place is nice, easy to find and is w/in a short drive of just about anything you may need. I'm sure I'll be back! « less

You don't want much more than that if you are on the road for a night or a few. Courtyard is going thru a facelift of sorts with newer, brighter, "fresher" lobbies and more colorful rooms. This one is no exception. The room was clean, well lit, the bed more than comfortable and noise from other people at the hotel was not noticeable-which means the rooms are either well insulated or there were just a lot of boring people staying there. We're hoping for the former.
The staff was more than polite and it was a pleasure staying at this hotel.
The heating/air conditioning unit wasn't overly noisy and kept the room at the desired temperature, the towels were hardly "resort" quality but I wasn't expecting them to be. They were sufficient.
My ONE complaint: just about every decent hotel chain provides at least free coffee and some snack on the way out the door. Yes, there was coffee in the room but NO breakfast unless you were willing to fork over more than a few $$.
Courtyard's could at LEAST offer discounted breakfast for frequent visitors or those just staying overnight. Market rate? Thanks. « less

Over the past 18 months I have been staying multiple nights per week at the Courtyard Marriott in Manchester, CT. The staff has always been very attentive to my needs and constantly tries to go above and beyond my expectations. Rosa, Heather, Emanuel and Emanuel all great me like a long long friend and Heather usually gives me a "welcome home" as I enter the door. The food and food service is very good especially considering the limited menu in the Bistro. Rooms are always clean with refreshed towels and linens. I am a Platinum Premier and stay at a lot of Marriott properties across the country and this ranks near the top « less
