My mom and I had a great stay here - admittedly simple, but we had plenty of space even with two queen beds in the room. It was clean and, while not centrally located for tourists, we enjoyed getting away from the busy streets of historic downtown. Best was the recommendation given by the front desk for dinner - don't miss sunset at Saltwater Cowboys. « less

Stayed here for 2 nights was surprise how quiet it was the whole weekend. Rooms were clean and had plenty of room for me and my buddy. The only complaint is the boiled eggs on the breakfast were over cooked but every thing else was good. Great location. 6 miles from old town (where all the tourist stuff is) we will be back on next trip to area « less

A sweet little surprise in a town that can be pricey. Located near the two major outlet malls just outside St. Augustine, this Quality Inn offered a great nights sleep , a friendly and helpful staff, at a comparatively reasonable price. The Old Town Trolley will send a van directly to the Inn to pick you up and bring you back. The front desk will make all the arrangements and sell you the necessary tickets. Driving and parking in St. Augustine old town area is not easy or cheap.. Take the Trolley.... the trolley ticket is good for three days and you can ride and get off as many times as you want with no additional cost. « less

Let's face it. If you want to be pampered, pay for the resort. This is just a great typical hotel to accommodate the i95 traveler. The staff was extremely friendly and our room was great for us. We booked through hotels.com and almost choose the Holiday Inn Express that is directly next door. Upon check out, we were glad we stayed here and had an extra $40 in our pocket. We rode 10 minutes to the historic downtown area of St. Augustine and a little farther to the beaches just to see the area. Overall, don't be afraid that it is a little older, this is a good, safe stay. « less

We came to shop and to eat in downtown St. Augustine. Worked perfectly. Stayed 2 nights.
Our room (103) was clean, convenient to lobby, ice and vending, and everything worked! We had 2 queens and there was a nice amount of space to walk through/around in the room. Loved the 4 pillows on each bed!
Very comfortable and clean stay. Would definitely stay there again. « less
