Stayed 2 nights while attending meetings nearby. Shared 1 bedroom apartment with colleague. I got the sofa bed. Not very comfortable as mattress was thin. Apartment quite well appointed but really only for 2, despite them advertising it slept 4. Only 2 drinking glasses etc. Didn't have breakfast there as the restaurant was overrun by a noisy tourist group. At $269/night, I don't think we got value for money. Really annoyed by not having any hot water on first morning. Desk clerk gave us access to another room for a shower. Hot water but faulty shower head so water went everywhere! Second morning was v early start for my colleague and again, no hot water! No answer at Reception when we phoned. Finally had hot water after 6am. OK for me but too late for my colleague. On checkout, Desk Clerk barely apologized. No discount for inconvenience, even when I asked. Offered to waive credit card fee. Big deal! Would I stay here again? Probably not. There are lots of other properties in Parramatta which is very close by. « less

The place is very reasonable for the price. We stayed for 10 days on a sporting trip. The rooms are a good size and the washing machine/dryer are a bonus. Word of warning, the washing machine takes forever and is a bit noisy. My advice is to put a load on and go out. If I can suggest anything it is to get a room that does not face James Ruse Drive. The windows don't seem to be double glazed and the road noise does keep you awake at night. The thing I am dirty on is not being told at check in that it is an extra $10/night for a car park. I only knew about that from reviews on trip advisor. One last thing, the guy at reception when we checked out needs retraining in friendly customer service. He was cold and unfriendly to the point of being rude. « less

We stay for a week in Waldorf Rosehill apartment while attending business in Parramatta. We liked the idea of staying in a self contained apartment rather than in an hotel room and still have the services and facilities provided by an hotel.We had a spacious 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen and laundry and enjoyed the nice views over Rosehill Gardens.Quite modern complex with excellent security and nice on site restaurant. The parking was free of charge and the WIFI internet weekly charge was only A$30. Vey good value for business travel. « less

Very comfortable studio Prtment on the 11th floor large bed and nice clean bathroom. The bathroom also had a washing machine.good size kitchen Breakfast was nice with very good selection of hot food andplenty of fruit and pastries. In the evening I had room service as the menu was more extensive than in the restaurant and this was pretty good. Very small pool in the front of the hotel and on site gym. Quite convenient for the city centre as about 10 minutes away and there is a railway station close by. There is also a smALL shopping mall around the corner with plenty of cafes and eateries. vERY POLITE SERVICE AND QUITE GOOD VALUE FOR YOUR $ « less

This place was a great find. Our stay started out really well because they upgraded us to a larger apartment so that was nice. We were on the top floor looking straight out across Rosehill Racecourse. The apartment was spacious and tastefully decorated. It was spotlessly clean with a kitchen that had more than enough in terms of utensils and cutlery and the like. The TV's were a good quality unit with good picture and sound.
The staff were not over the top friendly and a little bit curt and distracted, but that didn't worry me. It's a noisy road but being up high with the windows closed and the aircon on you really didn't notice. There's some shops a couple of blocks away so we took a nice stroll and purchased some groceries and made our own meals. There's underground parking that costs something like $10 a day I think. It was nice to know the car was safe but probably not completely necessary as there was plenty of street parking too.
