We were very happy I did not want to leave service was great rooms was clean every thing was right there I love it and is trying to get back in the same one.You have everything all around you .My grand kids love it too if I didn't have what they wanted they went down to the snack bar.They lived in the pools and the older ones went to the Gym.across the street later that day they went to water park,and some other place where you drive racing cars ,they did some shopping with their aunt at the nick knack store where nothing over a dollar it was good enough for them to spend their ill change,they was so excited.I mean you have the food change,all kinds of things todo Later that nite the ones who wanted a drink or go dancing that was right there .What more can you ask for I call for towels they act like they was next door how fast they responded.Clean bedding I had to tell them give it to us my kids will do it but they insist that they do it « less

The hotel was clean, but as with many Florida condos decor was no the priority. It was outdated and the cooking utensils were rough. The booking agent, Oaseas, was not good. We were promised our room at 4 pm and didn't get in until almost 9 pm. Many renters had the same experience. « less

We stayed in room 208. Gross. I rented from pcbeach rentals (office across from watercrest). We arrived late and our condo door was left open, key on the sticky dirty...

We stayed in room 208. Gross. I rented from pcbeach rentals (office across from watercrest). We arrived late and our condo door was left open, key on the sticky dirty countertop. The floors were filthy, food stuck onto the cracked tile. The refrigerator leaked, the carpets were not vacuumed, the screen door was broken, one toilet did not work, chewed sunflower seeds on the floor, huge roaches, foods/crumbs in the stove trays, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and a molded coffee filter still in the coffee pot. I took pictures of everything. Since we arrived late around midnight, we called the office and was told there was nothing that could be done until morning so we reluctantly stayed the night. After waiting most if the day, I called again. The lady was rude and hung up on me three times. She did offer to move us to another location but I wanted nothing to do with that company so we left and stayed in a hotel. I am trying to get my money back for the two nights we did not stay. Never again!!!!!! Paula and Whitney were the ladies names who run the pcbeach rentals...DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! « less

I will never stay at watercrest again...This place is not for people on a vacation to have fun... There was no one there to check us in u have to call and go threw a lot just to get ur key..Not enough rags or towles. I have never been to a place were u have to pay for a decal(17$)for every car even the scooters u rent...They will put u out for being to loud with out giving ur money back.. The security seems racist..u have to clean up b4 leaving..u will have no service at all i didnt even see a staff... « less
