Upon checking in, A rate of approximately $50 per night was confirmed due to a AAA discount. This discount was not applied to my bill. I could not confirm the proper rate upon checkout because the attendant could not provide me with a receipt. The printer at the hotel was down, and so I was forced to agree to an emailed receipt instead of a hard copy that I could review at the time of checkout. As such, I feel cheated. While its only about $5, it is the principal of the transaction in this case that matters. I will do my best to never stay at this Super8 again. « less
