Nice hotel, right opposite Central Station. It's fair to say that the rooms were well appointed, but this isn't a brand new hotel. Clean and very well maintained generally. Service was good, nice bar. We didn't eat a meal there, but breakfast was good. The usual cold meat and cheese, plus hot scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon if you prefer. Fruit, fresh and tinned, juice selection of bread etc. Some really nice cakes and tarts freshly made each day. Very friendly staff, especially the F&B Manager who was happy to chat with us after breakfast. « less

Starhotel Anderson is a good boutique four star hotel, located a short stroll from the central railway station and metro, and only a few stops on the metro from the city centre. Although a relatively new building, it has some character; the contemporary decor is quite smart. The service on the desk is good. There is free wifi in the foyer. My double room was comfortable and well equipped, as was the bathroom. I ate in the restaurant as it was raining, and the food was good but a little expensive. Breakfast was very good indeed. « less

Breakfast was good. There was variety and yummms.
Location was fantastic as it was near to the rail and metro.

The breakfast was ok but for a buffet there was not that much to choose from (mainly sweets). The staff was not very friendly which is very opposite to my experience from my previous trips to Italy. It's ok hotel if you need to stay close to the main train station (catching early train or bus to Malpensa) otherwise I would look for a hotel closer to Duomo/Navigli. « less
