I reviewed other comments by Trip Advisor and made the choice to stay at this location. I am also a Priority Club member as well. Location was perfect for anybody that wants to be close to Memphis without staying in Memphis...My room was very clean, nice beds, flat screen t.v. Managers reception was fully stocked and the attendant was very nice and made sure that everybody had enough snacks. The breakfast the following morning was the normal offerings from HI. I really enjoy the coffee...better than paying extra at Starbucks. I will stay at this location again and would recomend for those traveling and looking for a clean, safe, area outside of Memphis. Food options nearby in Olive Branch and Southaven are plentiful. « less

The place is clean, the rooms are nice and the staff is friendly.
But it is way too noise. The trucks on the highway are going 24/7. And the walls between the rooms are too thin. One night I could hear the person next door talking on the phone. The next night I could even hear him snoring.
I really wish they would improve their sound insulation. It would make a great place to stay. « less

We stayed here on a Thursday night on the way to Florida. Our room at this hotel was bigger than the condo we rented in the sunshine state! :) Super remodel job on the rooms - everything was perfect. Sweet gal at the front desk. Great lighted parking! The regular breakfast room was still in the remodel stage - so it was served in a tiny little room down the hall. But even in their cramped make-shift spot they had everything we could want. They even had chocolate milk - my husband was thrilled, hotels never have chocolate milk!!! We've stayed in many many HIE hotels, this was one of the best! « less

Stayed on third floor, room 319, group of teens arrive at 5:30 sounds like locker room at a high school until 2:00 in the morning. The only thing louder that the all night hallway party, was staff running a vacuum at 6:15 in the evening. Doors for rooms are old, metal, painted over many times, and NO insulation. Windows do not insulate noise, sounded like a dirt track race outside the room until around midnight. Only got two bars on internet in 319, slow. Dining room was being remodeled, so gave them a pass on that sorry excuse for a breakfast. Room was very clean as was bathroom. Heating and ac worked great. Yes hot water. Check-in was easy. Rating? Do not stay, find another spot. « less
