We stayed in a superior room with an ensuite bathroom on the 1st floor (2nd American)
Pros - Central location amongst all the other tourists right between San Marco and the Rialto. The interiors are very nice with wooden floors, nice wallpaper, a mini-fridge, marble looking bathrooms and a jacuzzi bathtub. The AC also worked very well. The price was pretty high but not that high compared to other Venetian hotels.
Cons - They charge 4 Euro / day for internet which wasn't clear on Orbitz. One member of the staff was very nice but the others were quite curt and not that helpful. The breakfast is just prepackaged food nothing hot - not really good. There was a window but nothing to see out of it. Also the shower/bathtub leaked onto the floor. The TV had a blue standby light that would not go off. « less

My husband and i stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. We got the double superior room which came with jacuzzi with shower and flat screen tv. Room size was small but adequate. Very comfortable bed and quiet street. We were on the second floor. Did not find an issue with stairs at all. Only con was the breakfast. Prepackaged croissants and a tiny space that seemed to always be full so we had to wait until someone left before we could sit down. Also our room did not get cleaned until 230 in the afternoon which seemed late. But we were given fresh towels every day « less

But starting from the positive points: you have a great location. Few steps away from the famous st marc square, as well as from the bridge rialto. Not easy to find this hotel, so you better keep in mind how does it look on the photo which you see on this website. We finally asked a staff from this restaurant which you also see, because the entrance to the hotel is quite hidden, but Venice is like this ;)
I liked also our room, feeling a bit like in a queen room. The great surprise was waiting in the bathroom: bath with jacuzzi. I don't know if you find it in every room. I booked just a double room not some superior one, so we were really nicely surprised. Maybe after renovation they furnished each room with jacuzzi...?
About the bad points: no lift - for us not a problem, but maybe for somebody else it would be. Breakfast: one of the worst you can imagine. Nothing fresh, packed croissants (disgusting), basic corn flakes, packed biscuits and that's all. I don't know about wifi. Once I asked at the reception but the lady didn't really speak English so finally I have no idea. But in Venice you will find many restaurants with free wifi.
So when I forget about the horrible breakfast, everything else was really OK. The price was quite high but when I was searching for a room in Venice I found some with shared bathroon which were even more expensive (100€) so the one we got (less than 90€) and with private jacuzzi was really worth. « less

I pay more then 100, but in Rome and other part of the Italy i did not pay that much. « less
