We flew in from Florida to see a concert at Red Rocks. (Bucket list...check!) Based on our google maps search, this was the closest hotel that had availability. The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were clean, the price was right, and they even offered us a free ride to the concert! Breakfast in the morning in the lobby and we were off to head back to the airport. Was about 10 minutes from Red Rocks Amp. « less

stayed for 2 nights price seemed good but the bed was hard, pillows were very old no support, both mornings went down for breakfast at 9 am and there was no eggs, meat, gravy for the biscuits, oatmeal, or fresh fruit, they said they were busy so they were out (both days??) and there were box springs all down the hallways, made me wonder?? ask if the orange juice can be refilled and the lady was putting in apple juice so I tried to tell her that the box she put in said apple and she snapped at me. I wont stay there again « less

We stayed in Denver for the night, before heading up to Summit county for skiing. We were both satisfied with our accommodation for the price. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Key cards were a bit wonky, receptionist admitted the system was a bit dated. Both of ours didn't work, and we had to get a third. Hopefully they will update that soon. Bathroom was clean, tub a little stained ( but clean) and the toilettries had a pleasant lemon scent. Bed was comfortable, i personally thought the comforter could have been heavier, but it didnt stop me from sleeping 10 hours straight. The breakfast was more than we expected, and the hotel's location made getting up to Summit county a breeze. There are two restaurants walking distance. We ate at Corazon which had friendly service and delicious food. « less

We are long term Marriott people and have generally been happy but this hotel taxed our good will. Checking into the hotel when one spouse was experiencing a GI bug, we weren't amused that our bathroom had two rolls of toilet paper with approximately 10 squares left on each roll. And no spare. And the bathroom does not have an exhaust fan. A call down to the front desk and the needed supplies were brought up but again...under normal circumstances a minor inconvenience. Under duress, not fun. We booked the hotel because it advertised a laundry center for our ski clothing. What they did not say is that it is at the hotel next door. Carrying laundry back and forth across the parking lot in the snow? Again...not fun. Makes me wonder if we could have stayed at the AmericaInn where the laundry facility resided and saved a bunch of money. What we liked: warm cookies in the evening were a nice touch but unfortunately did not make up for the minor/major inconveniences of this stay. « less
