Every time I've been to Orlando I've used the pineapple at the front of this hotel as a reference point to restaurants and shopping.
This hotel, which is located just outside of the Lake Buena Vista Disney Gates is right next to Crossroads shopping mall and many restaurants, making it a good choice for a family on a budget.
It's a very busy hotel and they have free shuttles to and from the parks. It just takes a little while to get their. Best to get the early bus so you don't miss out on the time having fun!
The wifi is free but only in the lobby, however, I managed to get 1-2 slow bars in my room.
My room was large and comfortable.
Breakfast was included and a bit of madhouse as the hotel was packed with South Americans all eating at the same time as me.
The decor is basic and stuck in the 1980s, but if you can't afford Disney prices, you could do worse than stay here. « less

We stayed at this hotel 2 days ago. It's not a new 5 star hotel and it could use some heavier carpet cleaning in the hallways, BUT it's very well-priced, in an excellent location, just off I-4, very closed to Disney parks, surrounded by good restaurants, shops, a 24 hrs supermarket and more. Although it's an older property, it's well-kept, the room was very clean, and larger than average new hotels. The staff was extremelly helpful and friendly. The "breakfast included" do make a difference if you're rushing to Disney parks. We do recommend this property! « less

Almost uncredible, there is no wifi on the rooms , it is available only on the lobby but you could be connected only during the middle of the night; during the day, when other people are trying also to be connected, it is impossibe:very very slow and unstable. Towels for the pool are towels for the handss Breakfast quality is less than poor Liffts are always used by employees with their trolley to clean the rooms so you could not used it Please Avoid this place; it is a shame Other aspects: I paid more booking by internet before than the rate that was available that day « less
