Located on Williams Pond, rooms on the back side of the hotel offer spectacular views of wildlife ranging from Geese, Birds, Turtles and Fish. Features include an outdoor pool, exercise room, and business center. All rooms include coffee maker, iron/board, and hairdryer. Voice mail and 2- line phones and wireless high speed internet. Coffee served 24 hours a day in the lobby. We serve fresh baked cookies/popcorn in the evenings.

A nice place to rest your head during business travel in an otherwise remote area. Although a small hotel, I found it clean, quiet and accommodating. The room boasted amenities conducive for someone away from home on business including a microwave, refrigerator, complimentary Wi-Fi, hair dryer, iron and laptop workstation. For those that prefer to spend their evening out and about, several food and shopping selections are within walking distance, including a Walmart, Applebee's, Texas Roadhouse, and various retail shops. I recommend spending some time outdoors during the evening to enjoy the aria performed by a resident bullfrog in the pond behind the hotel which certainly makes you smile.
I did not partake in the free breakfast, but upon inspection, it seemed to cater to both the small and large appetites. The fresh cookies in the lobby are a nice touch. Shower water pressure was quite adequate and linens plentiful. Staff was not overly-friendly, but polite nonetheless. No complaints and I will stay here again on my next business trip to Seaford, DE. « less

We were recently there for 2 nights for a baseball tournament. The hotel lobby area and room were very clean. I liked the lobby set up also. It was nice that there was a Walmart and Applebees within walking distance. Breakfast was your normal free breakfast food but there was enough to choose from. My younger son loved the pool. Good place for a short stay. « less

Our stay in Seaford lasted 3 days. I was there to attend my son's wedding. There are not many lodging facilities in the area, Hampton was my first choice because I am familiar with their accommodations. This Hampton Inn lived up to my expectations. When I called to make the reservation, the clerk was thoughtful enough to ensure the room that would house a baby was far from any noise that may occur due to some renovations going on. Our luggage had been mishandled by the air line, and the clerks were all aware and took time to tell me if they had heard anything without me asking. The rooms are clean, the staff gracious and willing to please. The breakfast had a little something different each day, which was unexpected. The bathroom toiletry items are not wonderful, but they did get the job done. If you are particular about your hair or lotion, bring your own. If I go back to the area, I will definitely stay with this hotel again. « less
