was hoping for a few good nights sleep while we were going to school to learn more about our sons dialysis but this was not at case at this place someone was playing and singing at 3:30 am until about 5am this was the first night second night about 2:30 am you would have though there was a herd of horses in the room above us. the breakfast bar was pre package food so we went out to breakfast so no we want stay at a Microtel Inn again.

Had to drive a few blocks from the interstate, but worth it since there were many restaurants and shops around this area and it was easy to get right back on the road the next morning. Have already recommended to three friends traveling to Florida. « less

Other than the size of the room, the hotel was clean and the room was quiet. All of the hotel staff that I met in my three nights stay was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to all different kinds of restaurants and shopping. « less

I did not stay there. I intended to stay at the microtel in Tuscaloosa, the web page brought up the Hoover, AL property in error and I made a reservation for 1 night. I immediately cancelled my reservation and received confirmation as such. In lieu of Microtel, I stayed in the Ramada, Tuscaloosa, another Wyndham property. Wnen I got home and looked at my bank statement, I was charged for 6 nights at microtel. I never stayed there 1. I contacted Microtel Customer Service and the Hotel directly for a refund. I have not heard anything back yet. « less
