Definitely recommend this gem to anyone going to Colorado Springs! The staff was friendly and helpful-they treated me like I was an old friend. The room was very nice, clean and inviting. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here, the property is well-maintained in every way-the staff takes pride in what they do and it shows! The bed was perfect, I got an amazing nights sleep. I really liked the clean bathroom, the fluffy towels and everything worked perfectly. I was fortunate enough to have a room with a view of the mountains too! I have stayed in many hotels in Colorado Springs-but after staying here, I dont think any can compare to it! « less

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the lobby and resturant was good. The room however was not well cleaned, there was hair in the sink and bath tub. Also crumbs on floor. If you do stay here ask for a even number room they face the mauntains, the odd number, as I had, face the roof below and the parking lot. « less

We were there for a Business Meeting May 2, 3, and 4. The staff was superb. My sister had severe allergies to Fish, Mushrooms and Nuts.The whole staff was alerted to her allergies and when we went to the restaurant for dinner the waitress was alerted of my sisters allergies. The desk staff also made sure that there were cookies with no nuts in them. even though our Business Meeting was very intense the staff made our stay very enjoyable. The Managers and Hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay extremely pleasant. « less
