Very nice hotel for the Mobile, Al area. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was a bit more dusty than I would like and the wireless seemed slow however the Mobile Bay view from the 27th floor was awesome. I've stayed at both this one and the battle house down the street and fine the Renaissance Mobile Riverview Plaza Hotel the better between the two. « less

The food is very good, but the little secret is the little bar across the street, it is is just a "bar bar" in a old building...great place to meet fiends and have a good time. The Renaissance hotel is very nice hotel. Stayed back in Feb 2013 for a Mardi Gras Ball. We had a great view of the Mobile River from our room on the 21st floor. The room was clean and very nice. The staff were helpful and nice. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others wanting to stay downtown. The hotel is across the street from the convention center, IMAX theater and is by many resturants. « less
