Caribe Hilton is a perfect place to hold a meeting. It is supported by a variety of business and catering services, along with high-speed internet connectivity in all meeting rooms and free wireless accessibility in the public areas. The Caribe Hilton offers more than 65,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space, including our 10,856 sq. ft. ballroom and a 15,700 sq. ft exhibition hall. Caribe Hilton can hold receptions up to 3,000 people. We can also utilize our secluded beach area as a venue option.
As you know, organizing a successful meeting requires much more than securing a place to hold it. From Start to finish, a Hilton meeting coordinator will work with you to make sure everything happens as it should. Caribe Hilton is also committed to help control your costs. The person from your group who is authorized to make additions or changes to your contract will be clearly identifiable by our staff, making any adjustments a seamless process. To minimize paperwork and make sure there are no surprises when the meeting is finished, your group authorized contact and Hilton meeting accounting coordinator convene to review the billing statement. At Caribe Hilton, we even provide a one-stop meeting organization shop at each hotel or resort, which will provide you with our list of preferred supplier to help you find what you need.

Caribe Hilton is the only hotel with a unique location in a self contained urban resort setting. Our 812 guest room property is minutes away from the historical city of Old San Juan, the Puerto Rico Convention Center with the largest meeting facilities in the island and close to all major tourist attractions. The hotel offers a full service Spa and Fitness Center facilities overlooking the ocean with 15 treatment rooms, and the only private beach in the Metropilitan area for our guests enjoyment. Old San Juan is famous for its sightseeing, nightlife and with its location relative to the hotel, about a 5 minute cab ride; it’s the most popular destination for hotel guests that want to do everything from a memorable dinner in a beautiful historic building to dancing and bar hoping. |
