This is a superb looking hotel, I had a massive room but the best was most uncomfortable. Great pool, great gym, shopping mall more or less attached to the hotel which has Abercrombie & Fitch. Urban Outfitters etc. The gym and the pool are great and so clean. Room was spotless, have a little shop with some sundries...breakfast was not much to write home about..I stayed in a little hotel in Florence whose food was much tastier and with a bigger choice. You have a good selection around you for eating so would advise to go out and eat. Staff are great at reception although not falling over themselves to help which I found the week before in the New York Sheraton also. I believe this is because they are all so busy. « less

This hotel was super nice and pretty luxurious by my standards. The bed was uber-comfy, nice TV and the bathroom was great. No complaints whatsoever and I would definitely stay here again. It's situated sort of in between a mall so you could certainly do some shopping if you wanted. My room was down on the end so it was a good walking distance to the elevator but no big deal. I had one drink at the lobby bar which was fine. I prefer the ambience of a place I hit earlier called "Taylor's Pub" a couple miles down the road. Overall perfect stay. « less

This was my first time in Indy. The Hotel has a lot of perks. Its attached to a small upscale mall so you can shop conveniently and walk directly back to the hotel on one of the levels. The SPG king rooms are a nice size, well appointed and reasonably quiet. I needed a refrigerator to store medicine and they brought up one right away. The continental breakfast was sufficient and free parking made it a cost effective stay. Several good restaurants in walking distance from the hotel to choose from. I would definitely stay there again. « less

She was wonderful and a lot of fun to talk to. She made sure the tables with snacks were fresh. As an employer myself, I hope the management staff realizes what an asset she is. « less

We arrived at the Sheraton in Indianapolis and found the check in girls very pleasant. We then went to our room dropped off our stuff and proceeded to the lounge on the 12th floor. There we were greeted by a wonderful lady by the name of Tamera. She was wonderful. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. I can't say enough good things about this employee. The Sheraton is lucky to have such a dedicated employee. She made our stay fun. « less
