The Fairfield Inn Evansville West is located just 4 miles from Evansville's Downtown city center. We are close to all the attractions and near a variety of restuarants and shopping. Our meeting/banquet space can accommodated up to 100 people. We permit outside catering or can assist you in securing catering with any of our perferred catering services. Newly renovated in 2008, all rooms feature 32" LCD flat panel TVs, granite bathroom vanities, upgrade lighting and new casegood furnishings. As are all North American Marriott properties, our hotel has a smoke-free policy for all guest rooms and public areas.

Once again my recent stay at this Inn was comfortable and pleasant. The Inn had undergone upgrading with new decor and carpet since my August of 2012 visit. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, The breakfast bar had a generous selection of cereal (my choice). The staff exceptionally friendly, helpful and courteous. « less

I stayed here for a visit with the University of Southern Indiana and was relatively close to campus. Great customer service upon check-in - friendly and courteous. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was amazing but then I have a thing for Marriott beds (this chain is operated by Marriott). Shower pressure and temperature were excellent. Free breakfast in the morning was sufficient. Great hotel! « less

Stayed here on a college visit for our daughter and received a decent rate ($82). Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel. It was very clean, the room and bath were spacious, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was pretty good. The property was well maintained with all the amenities in good condition. The hotel is located in a somewhat busy area, but everything was quiet in our room. The staff was courteous, and there are plenty of restaurants in close proximity. We have stayed at nearby hotels, but this will be our first choice when in the area again! « less

This hotel was a little farther out than I would have liked to be, but I'm not sorry we stayed there. The manager on site was friendly and very accommodating. I had work to finish up in their business area and he was quick to provide me with tape, stapler, etc. The rooms were more spacious than normal for this brand and very clean. Breakfast was better than most, though not always staffed. So sometimes, you have to wait for the refilling of items and coffee (not too long mind you - just not something we're used to with this particular brand). Overall though, this was a very comfortable stay. We felt like the hotel and staff cared about our comfort and needs. « less

I've stayed at this Fairfield Inn many times in the past, but not recently (within 5 years). I was surprised to see that the room rate was not >$150, but was told there was a basketball tournament in town. Nonetheless, I was offered a significant discount on a corporate rate for the company I was visiting. I asked for a quiet room on a high floor, and got it. It was cool and very quiet. I hate when hotels overheat their rooms, so was very happy. Also happy to see a microwave and mini-fridge, not listed among the amenities. The basketball teams arrived on thursday night, but again, I heard no noise at all. Breakfast is typical of most chains, but did offer breakfast sandwiches, waffles, fresh fruit, and Greek yogurt. I would definitely stay there again. « less
