Beautifully designed new upscale extended stay hotel. All suites include a fully equipped kitchen, full hot breakfast buffet in the morning and our week night Welcome Home Reception featuring light dinner and beverages. Our hotel features a large meeting room, divisible into 2 smaller rooms and we have an executive boardroom which seats 10 comfortably. HSIA is available throughout the hotel and in our business center.

Once again we stayed at Homewood Suites in Hagerstown. This is probably the very best hotel we have ever stayed in--it is definately like being at home. We stopped off here on the way home from Asheville. The lobby and eating area was spacious and the staff was very friendly. For some reason we were upgraded to a spacious two bedroom suite with kitchenette and living room possibly because there was a conference going on. The room was immaculate and the king bed was very comfortable, unlike the bed we slept in at an upscale hotel in Asheville. Another surprise was a light dinner (which we did not have), and full complimentary breakfast, which we enjoyed. Location-wise, it is nestled away from Rt. 81, so there was no noise. You can either walk across the parking lots to an Outback Restaurant and there were several other restaurants steps away. I wished we could have stayed longer! This would be a great place for families. This part of Rt. 81 is surrounded by beautiful farmland. « less
