Thank you for giving a response on how we are doing. We are one of the few Hampton Inn's that are exterior and do our best to make our guests feel safe. We have local security and local police that patrol the area every hour to maintain a safe area. We apologize if you felt uncomfortable, but rest assured we do take precautions to prevent any instances that would harm our guests. Stayed for a couple weekend nights in April 2013. Even though close to capacity the hotel handled it perfectly. Noise was at a minimum and the breakfast bar was good....

Stayed for a couple weekend nights in April 2013. Even though close to capacity the hotel handled it perfectly. Noise was at a minimum and the breakfast bar was good. Even though the hotel is older it's well maintained and I felt it was clean and sanitary. The staff was very friendly and always had a kind word. My only complaint is the seating area for breakfast is s little small. I'll consider this hotel again in the future. « less

The Hampton Inn in Longview is a nice, clean, and very comfortable hotel, especially for the price paid. The bed was extremely comfortable, the staff friendly, and it was nicely decorated. It's a little hard to find because the street signs are not clearly marked, but worth the effort. « less

A well run hotel in line with your expectations for a Hampton. The lobby and breakfast area have been recently refurbished. The layout is in an older style - the rooms are accessed from the outside of the building. Not many choices of restaurants nearby. « less
