The Radisson in Manchester was very clean and convenient. We were there with an 8 year old hockey team and never heard a thing. Rooms were very quiet and the staff was terrific. It was a very busy weekend for the hotel with a couple of different conventions which created a small problem with finding a parking spot on Saturday, late morning. We were nearly late checking out but when I asked the friendly staff for an extra half an hour to get our things together, they obliged even though they were fully booked. Very helpful staff. The location was perfect. Walking distance to many fine resteraunts and other shops. I have found my go-to hotel when traveling to Manchester, New Hampshire! « less

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson in Manchester! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone! The staff was absolutely wonderful! We ordered breakfast to be sent to our room and it was delivered right on time by a friendly staff member! Not to mention that it was delicious! We enjoyed the food served at JD Tavern as well! Clean environment (did not use pool or any other amenities). The gift shop was small, but not the reason we were there. It was a very easy and super quick process to reserve a room over the phone! Very quick and easy to check-in and check-out as well! Fast friendly service! Requesting and securing a late check-out time was amazing! Thanks to all of the staff there! We will certainly return! « less

The Anime Con was going on the weekend we were there, so there were hundreds of costumed young people around. But very well mannered and the hotel staff made sure the other guests were not disturbed by the various activities! « less

A very nice hotel that is CLEAN as a whistle--I can't say enough about the attention to housekeeping detail. The gym is nice--not large, but there are several machines for the runners, at least one of those elliptical numbers, etc. and some weights. Plenty of towels, too, and the pool ones are lovely and thick. The pool is not new, large or very deep, 3 feet at one end/5 feet at the other and about 35 x 15 feet, but it was beautifully maintained and big enough for a leisurely swim on the 3rd floor of the hotel. It is NOT one of those "walk in" pools you see at some places, you have to go up/down a small pool ladder to get in/out. I did notice that they had a machine in the corner of the pool room that looked like a back hoe with a chair where the shovel should be. I think the purpose is to lower/raise wheelchair-bound customers into the pool, so if that's an issue I think you could still use the pool. Next to the pool is a beautifully maintained whirlpool with nice jets; very relaxing. There is also a small sundeck off the pool, and in the gym bathrooms, there are showers and a dry sauna that heats up very nicely. The SLEEP NUMBER beds are great--it's nice to be able to test drive one of those; I slept like a log. If you are super sensitive to noise the air conditioners might bug you a bit; they turn on at the wall and there's just ON or OFF based on temperature--no way to control fan speed to reduce the noise. Not a deal breaker in my view, but I know some people are easily distracted by sounds. They have coffee in the lobby in the morning (maybe all day but I did not notice) and parking (which is attached to the hotel and underground) is ten bucks a day. The hotel is within easy walking distance of a whole bunch of restaurants--a sports-type place, an Italian place, a pizza place, a sushi place, etc.--you could stay for a week and eat a different sort of food every night without having to walk far. Also, there is a tavern in the hotel that has a small but varied menu; the food is good and the prices aren't bad. My bathroom did not have a bathtub; it had one of those "Euro shower" arrangements with the glass door. Not sure if they have bathtubs in other rooms or not. The bathroom, like the entire hotel, was spotless. I highly recommend this hotel for the staff and cleanliness alone--I don't think you'll be disappointed. « less

We recently renovated the health club area. You were correct about the pool. Although not brand new it was recently repainted (no small task). The piece of equipment you saw is actually mandatory now to accommodate those that cannot get into the pool without assistance.
It sounds like you received a recently renovated guestroom due to the shower set up. We look forward to seeing you on your next visit.
