The hotel exceeded expectations all around for a three star hotel. Rooms were clean and quiet with comfortable beds, mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of variety. Location was also good for the western suburbs of Chicago.

We hosted our distributor conference at this hotel and I was very impressed with the level of service from the rooms to the conference space. Everyone was so pleasant and accommodating I could not have expected more. Lauren Johnston is extremely organized and very diligent. Responded to emails very quickly and was very easy to work with. We ran into a couple scheduling conflicts with caterers and she was more than willing to assist in resolving these issues. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! Would use them again without a doubt.

From the moment we walked in the front door, until the moment we checked out, this was the absolute best customer service I have ever had at a hotel. We had a group stay at the hotel for a few days and each person in our party had the same excellent experience. The hotel was clean, the rooms are great and the breakfast was significantly better than most. They had actual silverware and real plates and glasses for their breakfast. There was cocktail hour too, although we did not take advantage of that perk. I was very impressed with everyone at the hotel. Clearly they have a system for service that is implemented from top to bottom. I would highly recommend the Country Inn and Suites in Naperville!

Our group stayed at the Country Inn and Suites by Carlson Naperville 5/8-5/11. Great location and staff. Manager put together welcome bags and each member had a sign on their room door. Great breakfast and lobby had a pool table and large TV to watch the Hawks game. Highly recommend this hotel and is probably the best Country Inn and Suites we have stayed.
