This is new hotel and it is clean, modern and extremely comfortable. We happen to be familiar with this area as we used to live fairly close to the area. It is definitely a business hotel but I am sure it will quickly grow into a "not all that far from the Hamptons" hotel due to the reasonable prices. It is basically in an industrial area, but there is a Ruby Tuesdays around the corner, a great pizza place and I do mean great, right around the corner. ( "Margharita Pizza".) Also, they are quite close to a small outlet shopping center. It is a perfect place if you are staying for several days as the rooms are well outfitted with an excellent work desk, couch, microwave, refrigerator and a large and clean guest laundry. The pool is indoors with outdoor seating and the water is sparkling clean and warm. This is our hotel of choice when heading to the area. « less

This hotel is brand new. The furnishings are upscale, attractive and comfortable and the design of the room exceptionally nice, with the toilet in a different enclosed area than the bath. Very continental.
Our only quibbles are that a king room should have night tables on both sides of the bed (ours did not) and that one room with a divider is not a "suite". A suite is two or more rooms so that one person can be asleep in bed and another reading or watching TV in a separate, fully-enclosed room.
The breakfast is included in the rate. It's OK, perhaps a small cut above what you would find at a good Fairfield Inn.

This hotel is definitely a business hotel. Rooms are spacious, equipped with a fridge and microwave, and the staff really do a great job and taking the blandness that can be business travel. The pool and fitness center are very clean and help make travel relaxing. The beds are also really good. Sink in and sleep away. « less

I came down to LI for an event and decided to make it a quick trip for my family of 4 (kids ages 9 and 6). We chose this hotel specifically based upon the proximity to the event I was attending and the fact that we are loyal Marriott customers. Overall, our stay was good. As a family with kids, we enjoyed the spaciousness of the room as well as the layout. It was handy having the split bathroom so someone could use the facilities while someone else showered. The kids could watch tv in the sitting area and the sofa was a pull out bed which was great.as we were settling in for the night around 9pm one of our neighbors was enjoying loud music. So, I can confirm the thin walls. It was nice to have a breakfast available in the morning. But the quality was just so-so. Powdered scrambled eggs, stale muffins and bananas that weren't quite ripe. I would have preferred a cheaper room rate and heading off site for breakfast. All-in-all, I would return. But I would shop for a better deal rate wise and be certain to request a room on a higher floor. « less

This place is located in a light industrial area so it isn't the most attractive region. The place is very clean and new. The staff is very nice and helpful. There is a microwave and fridge in the room and a nice sitting area with desk separate from the bed area but watching TV from the bed is awkward; off to the side. The furnishings are pedestrian. The hot water was marginally warm in the morning. The walls are thin and so are the floors so get a top level room if you want quiet. There is also road noise from trucks at night so get a room on the back side. Breakfast was decent with hot selections as well as breads, cereals, yogurt etc. « less
