I truly enjoyed the three nights that I spent in this hotel. It was clean, well run, and it was great having a kitchen. The staff made this experience wonderful. I have to take the time to highlight how amazing Matt the manager was. I have stayed in luxury hotels in 32 countries around the world and I was truly impressed with my entire experience. From the point of sale to the end of my stay Matt was great. I was told that there was no availability at your hotel from corporate headquarters. Matt called me back at home and let me know of a cancellation. He helped me book my stay. My daughter was having surgery on May 17th at Children's Hospital (Waltham location) and he made sure that we received a ground floor room. Also, I had the opportunity over three days to watch him interact with his employees as well as customers. I was extremely impressed with the way he treated his staff with respect and courtesy and he ran the business like it was his own. It was obvious that he truly loves his job!! He really took care of the hotel so well. Today it is rare to find someone who really loves their job. The hotel was great because of Matt and his wonderful staff. « less

This is one of the best Extended Stays that I have been to. I stayed there 3 months while I worked in Boston. Everything is very new and has a fresh clean feeling. . The room was comfortable , clean and nicely set up. The staff were all awesome to deal with especially Rob, Adele, and Rochelle . Matt the manager really does a good job keeping the place running smoothly. I did not want to leave this place because it truly felt like home !!. « less

towels. the air conditioner only blew hot air. We opened windows and had fresh air.
asked for cups, never received them. There is supposed to be silverware and dinnerware, this
