Our "Business Board Meeting Room Space" is "Great for Business Meetings" as well as "Special Occasions" like Birthday Parties or Baby Shower's or even for "Special Business Dinner's" for any Corporate or leisure guest also. We have had guest use it for just recently there "Thanksgiving Dinner!" We have many corporate guest who use it fir there corporate business meeting s as well. We have a Podium and a screen also to offer any potential guest who need those items to use for there meetings as well as tables and chairs. We do not charge a set up fee nor a cleaning fee as long as the person or group using it clean it up after there usage. we offer it free of charge if the guest will be staying at our hotel and staying in our guest room at least(4 rooms for one night stay) depending on the type of meeting room need we will always negotiate that also. If you our a Corporate Company needing it we will also negotiate the need as well. Our room has a counter space with a coffee maker and sink in it also for things to be displayed or food to be put on also! We have also booked it for Game Tournaments like X box and PlayStation Groups to use recently also!
