We checked in, nice lobby. Going to the room the outside stairs looked like something from the Tower of Terror ride. Got inside, the hallway smelled awful. Opened our door to our "suite" (not sure what their definition of a suite is, but it had suit on the plaque next to the door) and tripped going into the room from the drop off. There was almost a two inch open gap under the door. The room looked nothing like the pictures. There was no bed spread and the room smelled worse than the hallway. The furniture that was there was badly damaged. There was no table or chairs! Going into the bathroom the sink was cracked badly. The tub was dirty, the toilet seat had stuff on it (use your imagination). My bf was standing in the bathroom doorway as we were deciding how to go about finding another room at that hour. A huge cockroach went right up to his foot. He managed to kill it and upon flushing it found another dead one under the sink. completely disgusted he went to the phone to call the lobby. It had no dial tone. He picked up the phone and it didn't even have a cord to plug into the wall! It was like an episode of CSI. We left immediately and went to the front desk, demanded our money back and left as fast as we could. I have never been so disgusted in my entire life. That only took five minutes, can you imagine what we would have seen had we spent the night or looked under the bed! We would have had bugs crawling on us all night. The place was completely unsanitary. The pictures are misleading and the advertisements are complete lies. Please do not stay at this hotel. It was a nightmare. « less

The staff here was exceptional and the rooms were great. We experienced a problem with a toilet and they moved us to another room. The only problem was that we had a jacuzzi suite and could not get enough hot water in the jacuzzi in order to use it. That was an EXTREME disappointment. « less

The hotel is very good,rooms are clean, it may be a little old but nothing to be alarm of as it was freshly painted!!! The employees are very friendry especialy Darrin who Made our stay pleasent!! The breakfast is the best free breakfast ever had,everything flesh.......there's shuttle to down town any time needed!! I Will for sure come back here!!! « less

Found this establishment through one of the traveler coupon books, Hotel appears to have a new coat of exterior paint. Parking lot OK, no pot holes. Hallway does not appear to get vacuumed on a regular basis. Our room was a regular King suite. Room was rather large, clean and freshly painted, carpets appear fairly new. Beds very comfortable. This hotel tries to help conserve energy by the products they offer as toiletries, room fridge is turned off and is up to occupants to turn on if they choose to use it. Good work space with sufficient lighting. Bathroom looks clean although sink needs chip repair. Bath towels are so thick.......... Their social hour that is mentioned everywhere neglects to mention closed on Sunday and Monday. Of course we were here Sunday and Monday. Breakfast was nice and since steam table food is never hot enough for me, a microwave is right there to heat up food. A good place to consider on your visit to the area. « less

we booked a group block for a youth sports group.Ari Lopez was the lady that took care of everything we needed to do .i cant say enough about her,she went above and beyond to make sure every detail was addressed for our stay.the staff was also very accommodating to our groups needsand that is very appreciated from all.the breakfast was great and there were several choices on what to eat.our romm was updated and was very roomy.although this is a older property ,the owners are spending the money to update the whole property.i would reccomend this hotel t all my friends to stay at.thanks again to all that helped us « less
