We are a homey property with 63 rooms, we have standard rooms and 1 and 2 room suites, indoor pool, fitness center. Full breakfast, home baked cookies, wireless internet, no charge. We have a small dining room that would seat about 50 people and a small meeting room that seats about 25.
We are located on I-75 North going toward Lexington, Ky about 20 minutes outside Knoxville, Tn

This was our first time at this Country Inn and Suites location. It is very convenient to the interstate, clean and well maintained, and well priced. The room was well appointed, although the television needed to be upgraded. Internet service was free and easy to connect to. We enjoyed the free breakfast service - they even served made-to-order omelets. Check-in and out was easy. « less

We stayed one night over the weekend. The hotel sold out for the weekend. The rooms were clean and the staff very friendly. My biggest complaint would be that the walls are paper thin. It sounded as if the people next to us were in our room. We could even hear their alarm clock go off at 3:40am. They weren't being loud on purpose the walls are just thin. We could hear the traffic from the road (which is a good distance away) which was shocking as the hotel isn't right on the road. You could hear people on the elevator talking when they were getting on from the floor below. I probably would never stay there again just because of the noise level. And people weren't being obnoxiously loud. The breakfast was okay but I don't think they were prepared for a large crowd. The staff was very helpful and even though the poor lady working at night was alone trying to tend to everyone she still was pretty cordial. If you stay here eat at Harrisons (recommended by the staff) it was delicious. « less

Wow! We were very fortunate to stumble across this wonderful hotel on our way back home from Florida. With a AAA discount, the room was $90 and had 2 queen beds, a separate room with a sitting area, TV, huge kitchen sink, microwave, and refrigerator! Tons of space for 3 adults and 1 toddler. The bedroom also had a TV. The bathroom space was typical (no bigger or smaller than usual). The bedroom and sitting area had a solid, lockable door separating the two rooms. The indoor pool was very nice and the whirlpool was awesome! The hot breakfast was incredible and had lots of variety: a person making omelets, a Belgium waffle maker, sausage, eggs, diced potatoes, cereal, muffins, bagels, juice, and a variety of ready-made coffees. We saved this hotel in our GPS so we'll make sure we remember to stay here again on our annual trips to Florida. The location is about 25 miles North of Knoxville with easy access off of I-75. It's a quiet exit (not much traffic during rush hour) and we noticed that they are constructing a Bojangles Chicken restaurant across the street (therefore, the next time we stay here, we won't have to drive 15 minutes to reach the next closest one for dinner). Overall, this hotel made a very pleasant and lasting impression on my family and we would highly recommend staying here! « less
